WASIA Founder: Richard A. Snipes
Richard is a 14-year veteran of the United States Navy, with time served in both the Naval Aviation and Naval Special Warfare communities. He is also a student of Metaphysics, Philosophy, and Theology, through many years of self-study and with the University of Metaphysical Sciences. He is currently authoring two books, and is a member of the Institute of Noetic Sciences (IONS).
